Textbook Adoption Recommendations For The Fine
Arts
The Fine Arts office has purchased
instructional materials in visual art and music for the elementary music and art
teachers to use when they come to your schools.
The Fine Arts Department would like to
encourage each and every elementary school to expand their library catalog with
children's books related to art and music.
The attached book lists (one each for music
and art) contain titles of books used by the elementary music and art teachers
as catalysts for their lessons. The “Suggested Use” column provides a brief
explanation of how each book can be used in the classroom.
