The APS ARTS Center  Winner of the 2001 Bravo Award for Excellence in Arts Education, the APS ARTS Center provides art resources for classroom teachers and other APS staff, parents, community organizations, UNM faculty and students. These include a wide range of instructional materials including books, prints, slides, videos, CDs, tapes, kits, manipulatives, instruments, and samples. A significant contribution to the Fine Arts Program, the ARTS Center provides access to the time and extensive expertise of an experienced art teacher, music teacher, and library media specialist. The ARTS Center staff provide training for classroom teachers and other APS staff through classroom demonstrations, school-site workshops and workshops presented at the ARTS Center.

The Albuquerque Museum especially the Education Division offers many opportunities for classes and individuals to gain an appreciation of the various art forms of New Mexico.  The Museum seeks to enhance children's artistic and cultural development through year- round classes and workshops in art and history. Classes for all ages from preschool to seniors are offered at nominal fees so that they are available to all. The summer program offers a wide selection of classes. During the school year, art classes are held on Saturdays. Preschoolers' classes are scheduled throughout the year.

New Mexico Art Education Association has information regarding their Annual Conference and photos from past conferences, as well as some student art.

The Albuquerque Arts Alliance offers many references to Arts Resources within Albuquerque, and provides links to many sites.

Educators Arts Resources (E.A.R) provides educators with comprehensive information on field trips as well as in-school, after school, and summer programs offered by community arts organizations for K-12 students.

New Mexico Music Educators Association - Many links to music oriented material, as well as listings of membership, state curriculum guides, etc.

Albuquerque Public Schools Website - The main website for the Albuquerque Public Schools system, with lots of links and information about other programs.
